Kindergarten Connection
Your child's week with Mrs. DeLapa
Last Week
Your child's progress report came home on Monday. Please keep the report, sign the envelope and return it to school asap. Those envelopes will be used all year to deliver progress reports to you. All the grades are given with our "end of the year" goal in mind. Please do not be concerned if your child receives a 1 or 2 on a standard. 1 means additional support is needed in that area, 2 means progressing towards mastery of the standard and 3 means the standard has been met. If you have any questions or concerns after receiving the progress report, please contact me.
Snack and Leaders
Your child will come home with the Leader bag the night before his/her leader day. There is a notebook inside with directions for sharing both a snack with the class and a Show and Tell item. Please refer to the calendar in the back of your child's take home folder for leader and other important dates.

Due to allergies, please refrain from sending snacks that contain any kind of nut. Thank you!
We will snack in the morning each day. It is not necessary for you to send a snack with your child, as the leader provides it each day. Thank you for sending a leak-proof water bottle with your child each day.
